If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and/or change your mind, we're here to help.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged processing fee equivalent to Rs. 4,000/ per room OR 20% Of Total Package Which Ever is higher.

• Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
• Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention
• Cancellations made within 10 days of start date, entire tour cost shall be charged as retention.
• Above policy may vary during peak season and any changes will be communicated prior to confirmation.
• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.  

Refunds

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your cancellation request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the Period of Travel and number of days before the travel start date &

If your canellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card/debit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non- Refundable Services:

Certain Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable : such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy.

Change & Modification of Travel Dates/Location

Any changes you may choose to make for your tour post booking could be accommodated only in case of availaibilities & at a booking modification charge which depends on multiple factors like Season Of travel, Category of Booking, Cancelllation policies with our partners and associates and would be notified to you on case to case basis.
